Welcome to the Brain Dead's Classic Barnacle mod! Not made by me but ported by me, this replaces the Barnacle with a version simular to HL1, hense the name "Classic Barnacle". This mod was originally on Black Mesa here:

Replaces the barnacle with a remake of the HL1 version.

There are some problems with the animations that I can't seem to fix right now, so it's a bit stretchier than it should be.

recently it bugged and now it's only appearing as the regular model with these textures

the barnacle has the features of the HL1 PS2 barnacle but is missing the growth that's supposed to be on the ceiling around it
