Open Hunt book on the first page and select player count - then you can choose character.

I can't choose a character, I don't see any buttons, I saw them yesterday above the tablet

Mod update:
~Added popup to pause the scenario loading script to ensure all players systems have gotten the chance to load all the assets before moving on with the setup.
~Fixed error popup if Yellow player wasn't active during mission 1 setup
