That last line <W>1<W> is what deals with transparency of the projected circle or tape measure. For either one, change that value to whatever you wish between 0 and 1. 0 is completely transparent, and 1 is totally opaque. As you can see, I cranked up the circle guide to 1. I can now see it clearly again and use it as intended. The texture of the disk you place is pink because of a missing texture still, but at least the green/blue/red circle grid works. Dunno how to fix missing textures, so here ends my contribution :).

isn't available anymore for me. is there any tape measure/ toolbox mods that work? I haven't tried this one yet.
