My First Published Terraria Mod!

Ever had to defend your base from hoards of enemies but you and your NPCs keep dying in the process?
Wanna make your base look safe and secure?
Have way too many ranged weapons despite not playing a ranged class and want to use them to obliterate bosses?

Then this mod might be for you idk.

This mod adds a new tile called the "Adaptable Turret," which you can customize using ranged weapons to fire them for you. This tile opens a UI upon right clicks, which
allows you to place your weapon and ammo (configured to only allow ammo that the weapon consumes). After that, watch it fire at random slimes!

NOTE: NOT THOROUGHLY TESTED FOR COMPATABILITY WITH OTHER MODS! Moreover not all weapons will shoot the same way the player does, particularly some vanilla weapons. Be careful when using modded
weapons but for the most part the mod works fine.

Not compatible with Multiplayer yet. Use at your own discretion.

UPDATE 12/18/2024:
- Fixed bug where multiple items get dropped upon tile break.
- Modified aiming so tile does not shoot when line of sight is blocked.
- Changed the detection distance of the tile to be dependent on projectile velocity.
UPDATE 12/22/2024:
- Unlimited Ammo now should not get consumed.
