functioning forrestal with busy flight, i guess

Found an issue and fixed it right away.

They are deck props on the flight deck. I am still working on another mod that has deck parking, so it might take a while.

Also as for 5 gbs, that should not be possible. It is supposed to be at least 400 k-mbs or something like that.

planes on deck are props? or they start from deck position
