描述
Default pain indicators mixed with the ones seen in No More Room in Hell. I've replaced all four pain sprites even though the game only ever seems to use pain_up for some reason.

It's really neat, but can you replace the upper one with right/bottom one for example? They're more universal looking since you really see only the upper one as you pointed out
