描述
Want a new character but don't want to start a new game? RESPEC!

Activate the Respec stone near the Guardian stones north of Riverwood to reset all your perks and get back your perk points.

Optionally you can trade in all of your items for gold (you can choose whether to include your mod and quest added items or not) and choose a new race or sex.

You will keep your quest, mod and DLC added perks,

Respec stone does not exist when I load my game and go to the guardian stones.

whenever I change my race all my perks and and stats reset to 173 (magicka, health and stamina) any idea why?

very weird: tested it a few times with changing race after respecing, and got different skil points out of it: sometimes it returned the points recieved after resetting a skill try, making it legendary, sometimes it didnt return the points. also, it randomly sets skill trees on points somewhere between 50-100. i had restoration and destruction on 100 after the reset, while as before they were not even on lvl 25. hands off this mod until this is fixed.
