I removed the steam id and it worked

basically, the problem you had is not anyhow related to that line of code, so i would like more deatils on it

i am not restricting the chip for use to only myself. in fact, that line of code lets me upload the chip because when using a duplicator on a chip with parented holograms, the dupe wont save - so i have to prevent holograms from spawning if i am using the duplicator tool while the chip is spawned.

found why; there is a steam ID in the code that only allows 1 person with that ID to use it.
