Ship Upkeep Remove 4.0 update

描述
!Currently requires new game.

# Overview
This mod removes upkeep requirement for ships.

As a side effect, this mod also removes the 90% upkeep reduction cap (introduced in v3.6) to completely remove alloy upkeep. This means it's possible to stack upkeep reduction to 100% through plantet ascension and other modifiers.

This mod modifies defines/NEconomy/MIN_ECONOMIC_MODIFIER_MULT

this mod adds a modifer to all empire, so it's not possible for it to not disable achievement. you can modifiy the mod source file and filter the modifier to only apply to player. it's under event folder, add a not ai condition to trigger.

by chance can you still get achievments with this mod? love the mod btw. does it only effect player or everyone? normally play on Admiral or commodore, rather the ai not have anymore cheats than they already get lol

Oh right, this doesn't remove trade upkeep, it only removes energy and alloy (and maybe food upkeep, i can't remember). I forgot they added trade upkeep to ships.

Hey does the mod remove the trade upkeep? I turned it on and tested it out but it's still present with galaxy settings and your mod, persistent bugger lol
