Battlezone 98 Redux/PSP Custom DM mode

Description
A crossover mod inspired by the largely forgotten Battlezone PSP, an arena combat hover tank game.

This mod features a custom deathmatch map with redone tank, sentinel, drone, jump pad, and prop models, along with a custom apocalyptic arena.
The map also includes sound effects, music, and voiceovers from the original PSP game.
I really enjoyed the art style and models from the PSP version, and this mod is a way to bring some of that experience to PC.

• Custom tanks, sentinels, drones, and props
• Jump pads for movement and evasion
• Original PSP sound effects, music, and VO
• Bot backfill test feature: play solo against AI (bots decrease as players join)
• Recharge stations scattered around the map to restore hull and ammo


Asp (Light Tank): Dual Heavy Gatling Guns, Backup Guns, Laser Trap
Cabal (Medium Tank): Railgun, Backup Guns, Sentinel Deployer
Titan (Heavy Tank): Dual Tracking Missile Launchers, Backup Guns, Combat Drone Deployer

• No ejects — if your tank dies, you respawn as the same tank
• Tanks have higher health and mobility, emphasizing dogfighting
• Jump pads assist in traversing the map and evading enemies
• "Specials" with long cooldowns add unique firepower depending on your tank (e.g., deploy sentinel turret or combat drone)
• Recharge stations restore hull and ammo

• "Null" — feedback and assistance with original models/files
• BZone Lord — artistic direction and advice

End of Development Notice

Development for this mod is complete.
I do not plan to release further updates or new features.
I may provide critical bug fixes if major issues are reported, but otherwise, this mod should be considered in its final version.
