4-Mod GE EF-4 / Russa / 2-D+D-2 / Little Joe Pack

Originally built in the late 40s, the GE 2-D+D-2, otherwise known as the EF-4, Russa or the Little Joe, was an electric locomotive that saw 20 examples built, all meant for exportation to the Soviet Union. Due to tensions arising between the USA and the USSR, they were, instead, kept in American soil, with 15 staying in the USA while 5 were exported to Brazil. This mod aims to recreate the Little Joe, along with three liveries (fictional Rede Ferroviaria Federal, Milwaukee Road, Fepasa). Liveries and edits off of this are allowed, just mark this as required and credit me if uploaded.
