Well for one thing, there's a lot of reused/edited assets, since they're all Minecraft stages (the backgrounds especially are almost always the same shape, just with different things on top).
I also don't make the textures from scratch most of the time. They either come from that Bedrock Edition Mob Vote server resource pack, or they're slightly altered vanilla textures... Or sometimes just unedited vanilla textures entirely (like the seagrass and kelp). I basically just put the textures together like puzzle pieces.
On top of all that, I just have a LOT of free time...
This stage specifically would have taken much longer if not for the fact that the Basic Mode and Aether Mode have the exact same layout aside from the gravity change.
That said, I plan on making the Ocean Monument AND a Warm Ocean Biome as their own separate stages with the same underwater gimmick when set to Aether Mode.
