But wait, there's more! I didn't stop at just replacing the citizens, Odessa Cubbage has been conscript-ified for your pleasure as well! And don't worry, I didn't forget about the medics - they're now sporting helmets and medical backpacks, because safety first, right?

Refugees without helmets? That's so last season. In this skin pack, they've all been upgraded to Conscripts without helmets. And the rebels? Well, they've finally realized the importance of head protection and now wear helmets.

And as if that wasn't enough, I've also enhanced the textures a little and gave them normalmaps to try and bring them closer to HL2 Retail's quality.
