It also might not work because you replaced it in wrong way. Try to do it the way I did with my version of this mod (look at description of the addong page)

Did you have this mod firstly in the "custom" folder before you upload it? If yes, have you tried to delete him before installing the mod?
I recently remade your mod (I've mentioned you in the description, I hope you don't mind this) and it worked fine for me and friend of mine.

I found it worked fine for me previously, not sure what could've bugged it
