Tweaked FPS Hands Cutscenes on HD Pack Styled Sleeves 2.0

this mod replaces vanilla BM hands in MTB's mod with Chris Bryant's HEV arms.

This addon is standalone.

It also comes with the optional vpk file that restores MTB's blackout.mdl stand up animation. It's in the same directory below, moving the file itself to the custom folder should be enough.

In case of the mod not working, try moving the vpk file to the custom folder, you can find it in
\steamapps\workshop\content\362890\3380025589 directory.
