I was worried that a mod to reduce factions (my previous post) might upset the ShieldWall mod, but you obviously know your stuff. So if it can be done, it would seem you are the perfect modder to do it.
I'd like to play the game on a more historic level, rather than the all out 'free for all' we get at present.
Thanks again for "ShieldWall Reforged".
I would like to see a mod to vastly reduce factions.
Like Mercia, Wessex, Wales, Northumbria, part of Scotland and part of Ireland ONLY, as the home nations. And 3 or 4 factions of Viking invaders/settlers.
Surely that would be more historically accurate for Alfred's time period.
It worked brilliantly just having 3 or 4 factions with the Peninsular campaign for Napoleon.
