Goggles with scarf for Soldier.
It was supposed to be a misc but due to clipping with MANY hats for Soldier I've decided to place it on Soldier's helmet.

- I've remade the whole model since I wasn't comfortable with this model staying that way so here's the updated version. Let me know how you like this one
- There will be 2nd style without goggles so it can be used as a misc without goggles clipping on other hats
