Extended Firearm Skins Separated: "Worn" Combat Rifle

This addon reskins the Scar-L to use the "Worn" skin featured in Extended Firearms on the default model. In addition to this, I reworked the normals used so that the text isn't so prominent & edited the .vmts so that the phong is a bit more prevalent.

Sirwololo - Creating the original "Worn" Scar-L Reskin.
LethalCanine - Assets used by me to create the normal map texture.
Uni Cornelius - Assets used by Sirwololo to create the texture.
Me - Editing normals, editing .vmt parameters, & changing the filenames to apply to the default Combat Rifle.
