[B42/41] Repairable Windows

Allows removing glass panes from large windows and installing them into other windows. Taking glass requires a crowbar and Carpentry level 2. It has a chance to break the glass, decreasing with Carpentry level. No skill is required to place the glass in an empty frame.

Does not allow replacing glass in the smaller framed windows, as you can already do this using the furniture tools.

(Build 42 Only) Large glass panes can also be crafted through the same process as vanilla glass panes. You need to learn the recipe from the Carlow Crystal Guide (the same magazine that gives the vanilla glass pane recipe).

The formula that calculates the chance to break can be modified or disabled entirely with sandbox options.
