Half Life Overwatch Sit-Reps

This is a minor tweak to MW2 Overlord Sit-Reps that replaces the voice of Overlord with the Overwatch Voice from Half-Life 2.

Overwatch talks quite a bit less than Overlord, and does not inform the player of directions, enemy movement, and several other aspects that the original mod contains, due to a lack of appropriate voicelines.

99% of the work was done by StarFrost. If there is an issue with the mod, it is most likely not my fault and I will not be able to fix it because I can't code.
