A surprise attack in Eastern Europe by Russian forces has caught USA by Surprise. The well thought out Russian plan included a block aid of Norfolk Naval Bases fleet by numerous attack submarines deployed in nearby waters. How they got by the submarine detection network is unknown but cutting of underwater cables is suspected.

Your orders are to clear the blockade and get the US ships to the designated area at which point they will continue forward to aid forces in the med sea.

A P3 ASW aircraft is airborne to be used as you require. This massive intelligence failure has resulted in an estimated dozen enemy submarines set against USA forces. Use the ASW SAG to flush out and destroy the enemy subs while protecting the Carrier SAG.

Warning there have been reports of Russian spy ships in the area that are well trained in deception and this is also a very busy commercial shipping area.
