Or other assets aside from historical buildings like modern architecture, shops and houses, I have a few of them if you are interested, they are mostly shops.

Maybe check out the ones at Gran Vía, Madrid such as the La Gran Peña, Hotel Tryp Cibeles, Cines Callao, Hyatt Centric Gran Vía, and the Metropolis Building.
