Ditie's Custom Pulse Rifle Sounds [HL2 Edition]

My 2nd weapon sound replacement, and this time I'm posting it on the HL2 workshop first before the Gmod one

I've had this idea for a while, and after making the scanner sounds I thought it'd be cool to use some of the same samples and effects to make custom sounds for the AR2!
As a bonus, it also changes the sounds for the NPCs when they use the weapon, so hopefully none of the sounds will feel like they don't fit each other!
