I think it's another mod that's doing it now. After disabling this mod the turning in mission issue disappeared as well as the double talk options. No idea why it affected the map thing, you know moving to the map edge to goto the world map. So that def affected by this mod but the multiplying dialogue options is still happening. I think it maybe https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3376862926 that's causing the dialogue bug since I saw some reports about it on the discord.

currently a bug with the mod, there's two options now showing up for maps and when talking to npc's. It also makes it impossible to turn in quests at npcs. Certain dialogue options also keep multiplying and the list grows larger as you continue to click certain options.
