SaveMyEars V1 - Remove annoying noises

This mod removes high density residential zone noise completely and significantly reduces high density commercial zone sound along with removing beeps and other annoying / unnecessary sounds. It makes for a more enjoyable experience if you play the game at a higher volume.

I got this mod back in 2021 from a 3rd party cities skylines mods website and decided to save the ears of other fellow city builders. It still exists there but for the sake of safety I decided to upload it here as the 3rd party site redirects you to so many scam websites. I claim no ownership of the code of this mod, as such I am unable to update it (It hasn't been updated for 3 years but still works like a charm).

Harmony mod required.
Possible conflict with other sound mods???

**PLEASE NOTE** I’m not a Doctor, but have personally experienced situations like playing the game for 5 hours straight then for the next 48 hours hearing nothing but those in-game beeps, even when outside. It's not good for the ears.
