[EP2] FIX Russian dub of the Overwatch Voice

In the original Russian voiceover of Half-Life 2: Episode Two by Buka, the voice of Overwatch does not have the effects of "radio / megaphone" echo and reverberation as in the original english voiceover, as well as this voice is voiced by the same actress that voices Alyx, which sometimes causes dissonance in the head, from what we clearly hear the same voice from two characters at the same time. I fixed this flaw using a neural network by creating a voice model based on the original Russian dub by Valve from Half-Life 2.
