Vertical punch 1 -> 1.5
Spread per shot 0.6 -> 1.3
Min standing spread 0.35 -> 1
Penetration power 50 -> 65
Damage 44 -> 70
Cycle time 0.07 -> 0.11
Clip size 60 -> 30
Reserve ammo 360 -> 210 150

Upd. Nerfed it's reserve ammo, because SCAR felt too OP comparing to AK and SG

@L0W_1Q Yes, rpm, sorry. I dont see problem with the bursts, since they can be worked around. here's some ref if you want

I hope you meant RPM and not RPS xd
Also there's a problem with SCAR - time before it's bursts can't be modified. But I can try bringing RoF even lower

I can try, but there's a catch - I don't remember how AK feels in Far Cry 3... I will see what I can do
