Sorry, in this case the subfolder name must be Mission_Barrier_Briefing.

Mission_Ambush_Briefing is for the other mission, I got confused with both files, :)

Now the mission appears correctly in the list of mods to load, great @rokvam ;)

No, I don't think I've tried that version. In this one I just loaded, the briefing doesn't appear separately, and the .xml files aren't inside the missions folder.

Try creating a directory called Mission_Ambush_Briefing inside the missions directory, and in it, copy the two .xml files and the images you use in the briefing, see if that works for you.

@jasoriab Did you try the one where I tried the fourth time to add mission briefing with image? Hopefully the latest iteration should work, but I have been struggeling trying to add the briefing before mission startup, so if this still causes issues, I might just give up. I used the Steam forum guide when I made the change so if it does not work this time around, I will just go back to the version with a Triggered message instead.

This mod does not work (as downloaded on the workshop) as it doesnt have proper folder hierarchy (the mission folder should be in a folder named missions)


I've tried to fix it on my computer, but Steam has a bad habit of every so often restoring the mod undoing the changes.

Could you please fix this?
