This is a collection of mods that 'adds' to the physics engine of gmod, with added sounds (tension) visual effects and other mods that might compliment them.

includes dupes, and maps. You can remove any mods from the collection if you like, this is just my personal thing

due to how the physics engine works, you may lag depending on how you play with the buildings
