Prototech Assembler for Industrial Overhaul

Are you using Industrial Overhaul? Did you steal a Prototech Assembler and want it to be more useful?

This mod changes the Prototech Assembler to produce all components, including mod-added components. Ammo is a little bit messy due to conflicting classes. and I'll try to clean it up as I iterate on this mod. As with any production block, the assembler cannot pull from its own output so you'll need to clear it out in order to feed produced components back into it.

Also added a 6x speed modifier. The assembler is a little overpowered with its speed boost and ability to produce anything, but it's also a huge bottleneck if you're trying to use it to replace an entire factory floor. I recommend using it to make your mobile fabricators a lot more compact, but you're going to need a script or some kind of automation to keep it cleaned out if you want it to do mass fabrication.

Note: I do expect some bugs or missing components. These can be added easily enough once I know about them.
