In patch 1.15.1 Paradox nerfed breakthrough gain rate by making you have diminishing breakthrough gain for each additional facility of the same type

This mod brings back old special project breakthrough gain rate

I find it absolutely insane it doesnt stack like how I thought it would. Paradox could've at least make facilities a lot more expensive the more of the same you make (More than it costs already.)
