Extended Firearm Skins Separated: "Memories" Hunting Rifle

This addon reskins the Ruger Mini-14 to use the "Memories" skin featured in Extended Firearms on the default model. In addition to this, I created custom normals & edited the .vmts so that the phong is more prevalent. The addon listed as required isn’t actually required, but given as a recommendation to keep consistency between the worldmodel and viewmodel.

Me - Creating new normals, editing .vmt parameters, & changing the filenames to apply to the default Hunting Rifle.
