Last Man on Earth mutation with some changes to make it more difficult and less walking around with nothing happening.

Survivors:
-Only 1 Survivor.

Infected:
-Special Infected spawn more frequently.
-Special Cap increased from 3 -> 4.
-Max Charger limit increased from 1 -> 2.
-Max Jockey limit increased from 1 -> 2.
-Max Hunter limit increased from 1 -> 2.
-Tanks and Witches spawn as normal.
-There are no Common Infected or Boomers.

Weapons:
-Pipe Bomb duration reduced from 6 -> 1.5 seconds.
-Defibrillators are replaced with Medkits.
-Pills to Medkit conversion turned off.
