Apparently this mod does not work with the gmod addon system, so here's the link to install it manually:

i downloaded it before playing the game, but i guess a manual download could make it work

there's a chance it won't work as a workshop addon and you must load it manually, i assume this is what happened. I should give the link to the file in the description and instructions how to install
