Giant Planet_All DLCs Flatter version

Made some minor tweaks based on the original mod:
1. Part of the terrain has been flattened, even though it may not be in line with the real geography, but it will be more comfortable to look at.

2. It separates the two islands of Japan and revised the planning of the Philippine Islands

3. Adjusted the division of some regions, such as Central China and East China.

4. Four new natural wonders of Oceania DLC have been added based on real geographical location.

5. Several islands have been added.

6. The range of the seven continents and the climatic environment in some regions have been adjusted, although it may not be very accurate

基于原mod做了一些小调整
1.平坦化了部分地形，即便可能不太符合真实的地理，但观感上会舒服一些.

2.隔开了日本的两个岛屿,重新规划了菲律宾群岛.

3.调整了部分区域划分，如中国华中和华东.

4.根据真实的地理位置添加了大洋洲dlc的四个新自然奇观.

5.添加了几个岛屿.

6.调整了七大洲的范围和部分地区的气候环境，尽管可能不太准确.
