An outfit for Luna fashioned in the spirit of the late 19th century wizarding world. I gave up on the skirt. Her legs were clipping through it a lot so I deleted her thighs. The boots still clip through when she runs. The male version for Noctis can be found here. Most parts ported and textures edited by myself. The boots and flower earrings are from MoogleOutfitters.
