This is definitely illegal

the "blinding explosion" isnt an explosion its the core generating shit tons of electromagnetic radiation on literally every band when it reaches criticality, and thus creating lots of visible light

nor would the demon core, if it still had enough material to be used for its original purpose, explode upon reaching criticality even if it was left in that state; itd need to be put into its implosion sphere and detonated, you know, how the demon core wouldve been used if japan didnt surrender and how the implosion type atom bomb actually works

i understand, its just in all illustrations it causes a massive blinding explosion and so it would be cool if there was an alternate version of this mod that just exploded in a bright white light

It shouldn't explode, that's the whole point such thing: the actual demon core is ~5% lighter than it is needed to start a chain reaction, plus there should be special external conditions for that to happen

So it should irradiate, not explode

can i put the core in a bomb to make a big boom ?

I initially didn't want to to disclose this, but this core is actually made out of compressed coal with some metallic paint over it.
