Consistent Combine Soldiers

This is a pack to make the combine soldiers more uniformed, using the standard soldier as base for the other variants also replacing the elite model with the default soldier model (hate that ugly ass monocular twit, hideous cyclops).

Disclaimer: After trying (foolishly) 1 million times to get the ep2 dirt textures to work, I realised that the workshop has no way of making something impact episode 2 alone. So this means they will look a bit out of place as i've decided to stick with the non-dirty versions for the sake of HL2 and Ep1. If a method to make things affect the episodes independently I will try to get the dirt textures working.
