Faster Nuclear Raids

This mod Reduces the preparation time for launching nuclear raids.

For raids being carried out by bombers its reduced from 30 days to 5. Nuclear missiles is reduced to just 1 day. (Note that the time for the mission to be carried out has not changed)

Furthermore the time between launching a missile to specific provence is no longer a year but 1 day. So you can launch nukes on the same provence every day for that sweet sweet over kill on a province.
