UI Not Included: Character Editor Addon

Description
Allows the Character Editor button to stay on the UI Not Included tabs after the game restarts.

The tab is hidden by default and should be easily distinguishable between which version to use.

I'm new to modding; so if there are any issue with this mod, please let me know and I'll do my best to have a resolution.

Notes:

Auspician has mentioned that using both versions of the tab will break the game. As the Character Editor version doesn't save over game restart, I recommend only using this tab to ensure game doesn't cause any issues.

Exceptional work. This is functionality that the original author was unable to easily implement. I would add a note that it is critical not to use the "default" character editor tabs. Anyone downloading your mod because they discovered it was not persistent should know what that means.

Notably, if you try to use both the default and the version of Character Editor tab from your mod the game will be basically unplayable after getting into the world or loading a save, due to being unable to select pawns or interact in any way with the interface. Not a problem with your mod so much as a proper configuration.

You're a damn saint... Just added in not included and lost the tab completely. Tried to assign a hotkey but it kept unbinding each time I started the game... so here I was browsing and trying to find a solution, and you good person, brought it! 10/10

Oh wow, thank you for making this, I had to stop using UI Not Included because of this problem
