For some reason, clientscheme doesn't mount unless you uploaded it to workshop and subscribed to it, so I suggest adding this file to your suit mod and then testing how it works, since you've probably done it through custom folder.

I'd like to know how to do this so I can add it to my suit mod.
I tried editing the clientscheme.res but that didn't work.
