The Mayang-do Incident

Off the coasts of North Korea, January 20, 1968, 16:40 LT.

SITREP: You're the Captain of a former US Adjutant-class minesweeper converted into an intelligence gathering ship posing as an AGER (Auxiliary General Environmental Research) vessel.

ORDERS: Your mission is to monitor electronic and radio signals near the North Korean Mayang-do naval base.
1) Proceed to the SIGINT ZONE to collect data, then 2) return to international waters in the SAFE ZONE to complete the mission.

USS Buchanan (DDG-14) is operating in the area in case you need assistance. The AGER vessel must keep strict EMCON. Your ships shall not engage North Korean units unless fired upon first.
