why not though?

No zombie spawns is intended. Zombies still spawn in buildings because of how Project Zomboid works but other than that theres no zombie spawns.

By the way, i tried many of your maps, and thisis the only one among them that does not have proper zombie spawning, the rest of the maps works just fine. even similar in size such as kentucky wilds

I tried three times, and it seems no zombies are spawing here. There was just a few inside the buildings, but outside it's empty and lifeless

Houses to the north are missing the walls on the first floor for each one
