Improves the default scout car.
Works nicely with this mod:

- Cleaned up clipping at the rear of the car.
- Removed the floating "radio" pieces at the back.
- Replaced the generic "box" in the back with a metal gas can.
- Added a clutch pedal.
- Miscellaneous adjustments to the model's UV (rack and pinion unit, cables, etc.)
- Simplified the metal plate texture behind the instrument cluster.
- Fixed headlight texture.
- Moved the reverse light to a new rear bumper.
- Details from the early version of the model: extra cables and second steering column switch.
- Replaced Tau Cannon with the more detailed model from the Leak.
