IF SUBSCRIBING DOESN'T WORK:

Download the mod from moddb https://www.moddb.com/mods/half-life-2-valve-kid-intro/downloads/valve-kid-intro and place the extracted files in
\YourSteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Half-Life 2\hl2_complete\media

OR

Extract the valve.bik from the workshop_dir.vpk file using GFScape, then paste it into the "media" folder found in the "hl2" folder to replace the current valve.bik video (make a backup of the original file)
