Gun Stabilizer Demonstrator [Read Description]

描述
A demonstrator item for a script that makes objects attached to a hinge joint level themselves to a certain angle via the joint's motor. It imitates a real gun stabilizer present in modern armored fighting vehicles

The demo is not serialized properly; it's not a good idea to use it in a contraption. It's solely intended to carry the stabilizer script for modded tanks

It was made with the intent to have its script easily accessed and implemented by anyone willing to add a functional stabilizer to their modded tank. You are completely free to use it in your own stuff, it's a community resource

its supposed to go in modded tanks so you dont have to add a gyro and gun to it after spawning one. did you forget to download ability to read?

just use a gyro and a pin, it works better AND it works in contraptions...

the joint's torque is defined in the script that creates the joint and not the stabilizer script; the latter just makes it move a certain way. if you want to change the joints torque, you have to access the mod file directly and edit the item creation script

How do you increase the strength of the motor? I have the object editor and I need it to be able to lift more weight. I tried putting a bigger gun on it and it just droops.

WARNING! Carry on reading! Or you will die, even if you only looked at the word warning! Once there was a little boy called Joey, he was ten-years-old and he lived in a mental hospital because he posted a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ copypasta onto a People Playground mod's comment section . He got so bad he went to kill all the staff in the hospital so the Feds decided that best idea was to get rid of him so they set up a special room to kill him, as inhumane as possible. And he sat there in agony for hours until he died. Now every week on the day of his death he returns to the person that reads this letter, on a monday night at 12:00 a.m. He creeps into your room and kills you slowly, by pegging you and watching you bleed to death. Now send this to ten other profiles on this one site, and he will haunt someone else who doesn't. This isn't fake. apparently if u copy and paste this to ten comments in the next ten minutes nothing will happen: sorry man i am not taking the risk
