Special Project Localization Expansion

The Special Project & Vanilla Localization Expansion is an Ironman and Achievement Compatible mod that adds several new localization to existing special projects and the equipment received from them.

Due to using its own files, it should be compatible with almost any mod. However, if it touches existing special project localization, there may be conflicts in localization.

Feel free to suggest changes to existing projects, what I've added or suggest new SP project names.

With Update 1 I have included localization for non special project items. If you have suggest for names for infantry equipment, artillery aircraft and other things for nations feel free to suggest them below.
