For those who like Seals Victory, but hate how much of the map ends up getting taken up by Seals. Rebalances the Seals victory in the following ways:

~Half as many Seals spawn as before

The number of Seal points needed to win have been reduced:

Seals no longer start with Strong Guards, they start with Weak Guards. The following table should explain why I made that change
