Intermodel Container Rework

Some altered versions of the venerable HL2 cargo containers.

The ends of the containers have been altered to properly only have one door, as double-ended doors on intermodals are next to non-existent in the real world. Thanks video games.

Works in EP2 as well. The materials themselves aren't modified, so these should work with any of your own textures flawlessly.
