After many struggles, peace and harmony prevailed in the land of Trodven. The House of Le Brun became the chiefs of these lands, but the new Empress, who feared the influence of the charismatic Adrien and Sigric, decided in several postulates to deprive them of their property and lands. The disgraced were forced to leave Trodven and head south towards the land of Lunat. There they occupied the winter fortress, where they tried to rebuild everything anew together with their subjects. They had years and months, the House accumulated resources and established diplomatic relations with other houses of these lands. Adrien, the head of the clan, together with two other families, established a revolutionary organization for the time called the Lunatan Coal and Steel Community. This organization focused on economic and military cooperation against one Barbarian Eisenhart family. Unfortunately, the Eisenhart family in the following days introduced intricacies into this alliance and carried out an unsuccessful siege on the castle of Le Brun. Despite stabilizing after a narrowly won siege, the Le Brun family was plunged into a difficult situation on the international stage. In the days of the Eisenharts, they were appointed rulers of Lunat, and the decrees issued by the new ruler were fatal to the House of Le Brun. In the past, their lands were taken from them, and the soldiers were enslaved. Most officers and non-commissioned officers were hanged. Sol's priests were wrongly accused of using black magic, the sentence being death by slitting their throats. Leoni Ciprius Cezzaro, the chief priest, gave a speech before his death, which in the Romantic writings has been called "The Hymn of the Light and the Heart". Sigric Le Brun, despite being noble-born, refused to spare his person and demanded his death along with his soldiers, saying "He gives his soul to Sol, his heart to his coat of arms, and his whole person to my men." Robert Le Brun fled from the lands of Lunat to his native lands, and gathered with him a multitude of soldiers and civilians. Captain Elivs Hainess was the last defending officer of the fortress, and for many months waged guerrilla warfare in the former ancestral lands. He was killed in a raid on the Doggma mines by the king's troops. Adrien Le Brun as head of the clan was condemned to an eternal wandering in unknown lands. He was allowed to take his family armor, sword and rope.
